About being a Permanent Consultant


Join our
#OneBlueFamily at our well-established
branch in Reading to
manage and grow your own new desk specialising in recruiting permanent roles within the catering and office sectors.

This is a excellent opportunity as there is lots of scope to build a very successful desk.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will have access to our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow
we embrace blended working and offer hybrid working from home after training and the office.

We are committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that support our Operational teams when it's time toswitch off.


Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant will include:

  • Proactively identifying and establishing client relationships within the Catering & Office sectors
  • Outbound business development calls
  • Visiting clients so you will need to drive and have access to a car
  • Marketing and sales activities whilst working to targets and Key Performance Indicators

About You:

Ideally you'll be an experienced Recruitment Consultant with great relationship building and sales skills and the ability and drive to develop a new desk within the catering and office sectors OR if you have a proven sales background you can joinus as a Trainee Recruitment Associate initially.
