Main tasks:

  • Management and optimization of appointment books
  • Recording payments and pursuing outstanding debts
  • Opening and closing clinic
  • Liaising with dentists, nurses and hygienist
  • Liaising with dental laboratories
  • Supporting the Practice Manager and the clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
  • Preparing rota for nurses
  • Scheduling staff holidays

Requirements:

  • Dental reception experience
  • Be able to work on own initiative and under pressure
  • Positive attitude towards work
  • Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast paced environment
  • Personal, professional and enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills
  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
  • Strong communication and good command of the English language
  • Organised and methodical with great attention to details
  • Team player

Salary:
From £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
