Following procurement of new contracts and clients, SJM Electrical Services are excited to be recruiting for a new role within our growing team
.

We are seeking anElectrician's Mate/Improverto join our team working on projects and reactive maintenance.

The Electricians Mate role:

• Assisting a qualified Electrician with electrical installations across the domestic and commercial sectors
• To arrive on time to every appointment and keep the customer updated if this is not achievable
• Ensure that all our customers are treated fairly; that we deliver fair customer outcomes, and we place the customer at the heart of what we do, supporting the delivery of a customer centric organisation
• To be polite, courteous, and helpful to every customer; you are an ambassador for SJM
• To carry out any other adhoc duties as requested by senior management
• Full training on company processes will be delivered
• Clean driving licence and own car/van

What will you bring as an Electricians Mate?

• Previous experience working in a maintenance or similar tradebased environment is preferred
• Qualified to an NVQ Level 1 or 2 as an Electrician would be very advantageous but not essential
• The ability to work competently and considerately in a range of environments, with a cando, flexible approach to working
• The ability to be adaptable, a problem solver and to use your initiative whilst also recognising the importance of communication and teamwork
• CSCS card essential
• Clean driving licence and own car/van
