Position: Frailty Consultant at East Kent Community Services

About the Company: East Kent Community Services is known for their outstanding commitment to providing high-quality patient care and services to enhance community health.

Our team includes frailty consultants, a consultant advanced clinical practitioner, GPs, consultants-in-training, and trainee ACPs from diverse professional backgrounds working together to support activities such as Home Treatment Service.

  • Provide frailty advice and alternatives to hospital admission
  • Undertake clinical and administrative duties as outlined
  • Maintain CPD for professional registration
  • Collaborate with colleagues across organizations
  • Participate in teaching and mentoring clinical staff
  • Promote non-judgemental patient care
  • Adhere to professional values and legal responsibilities

Working Pattern: Includes 1 in 5 weekends and occasional 6-8pm shifts

Job Responsibilities: The job entails clinical and administrative duties in alignment with professional standards and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Full Registration with the GMC
  • ST1/CT1 competencies in a relevant specialty

Experience: Previous experience in the field, community experience is a plus.
