Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience ranging from newly qualified to five years PQE.

As a key member of this ambitious team, you will be delivering top-tier services to both public and private sector clients.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong foundation in commercial law, with a particular flair for negotiating and drafting diverse contractual arrangements.

A genuine interest or background in health and public sector contracting will be highly regarded, as will familiarity with public procurement law or subsidy control law.

However, a commitment to developing expertise in these areas is equally valued, with comprehensive training provided.


Responsibilities include managing a range of commercial and procurement work, advising on public procurement structures and processes, and contributing to business development initiatives.

The role encompasses drafting and negotiating contracts, project management, and offering commercially astute risk advice.

Diverse commercial contracting in sectors such as health, government, and utilities.

  • Management of contracts for largescale projects under procurement law.
  • Advising on commercial joint ventures and PPPs.
  • Supporting procurement litigation matters.
  • Providing general contractual and commercial advice to public and private sector clients.
The role extends to managing personal caseloads, fostering client relationships, leading marketing efforts, and participating in networking activities. Continuous professional development is encouraged, with the expectation to exceed CPD requirements and contribute to the firm's knowledge base.
