This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with students from diverse backgrounds who are enrolled in our brand new purpose-built Centre.

Requirements:
- applications must have the below in order to be considered * Proven experience in delivering Welding training or instruction. * Strong knowledge of awarding body requirements and industry standards. * Passion for supporting learners with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders. * Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Teach the Welding programme, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all learners.
• Align the curriculum with the requirements of the awarding bodies to meet industry standards.
• Implement effective teaching, learning, and assessment strategies to facilitate learner progress and achievement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
• Collaborate with the Head of Centre to establish connections with local businesses, enterprises, and post-16 providers.
• Ensure the skills taught are relevant to the local labor demand and promote positive pathways into further training and employment.

Desirable:

• A1 Assessors Award.
• Level 2/3 in Welding.
• Accredited tutor status
