We are now looking for a talented, driven HR Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As our HR Manager, you will assist with the management of overall HR operations, acting as a trusted advisor to all staff and overseeing the end-to-end employee experience.

Overseeing overall usage of the Cezanne HR System, you will revise online onboarding processes and create online Exit and Return to Work processes.

You will ensure all HR documentation is accurate, complete and stored safely with GDPR compliance.

Additionally, you will:

  • Oversee the development of HR policies and procedures
  • Support the recruitment process and assist with new starter inductions
  • Continuously monitor policies and processes, implementing changes where necessary

About You
To be considered as the HR Manager, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years' HR generalist experience
  • Experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change
legislation to a variety of HR situations

  • Experience of redundancy and TUPE for merger, acquisition or sale situations
  • Demonstratable commercial acumen the ability to deliver commerciallyfocused people strategies
  • A good overall understanding of company finances and their use in policy development
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
  • Computer literacy, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word as a minimum)
  • An HNC or HND qualification, ideally a degree (or equivalent) as a minimum, degree preferred
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified
