Sheltered Scheme Manager - Social Housing - Housing Management
We are looking for a Scheme Manager to run 2 / 3 housing schemes across Halifax, Huddersfield & Liversedge.

Location:
Kirklees

Hours: 35 hours per week - Flexible full time hours between 7:30am - 6:00pm

Pay:
£18.15ph PAYE

Duration: 4 months initially to cover secondment

This is a site based position, where you will be working in an office across these housing schemes / accommodations.


Your role:

  • Day to day management of housing schemes providing support and signposting for customers, housing management including lettings and tenancy management.
  • Premises management responsible for communal areas.
  • Be the first point of contact for tenants dealing with rent arrears, service charge etc.
  • Coordinate repairs & maintenance, stock control
  • Responsible for the management of health & safety, including fire safety
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • Strong Housing Management experience
  • Knowledge of care & support packages
  • Excellent communication skills
