• Assume technical and disciplinary leadership, promotion andstrategic development of a team
• Provide youremployees with guidance as a coach, develop them professionally andpersonally and create the framework for the best possible results
• Continuous new and further development ofthe applications managed by the team, the implementation of whichyou coordinate with the specialist departments

Your profile

• Completed studies in computerscience or a comparable qualification ideally with initialmanagement experience
• Several years ofpractical experience in the design, development and support ofsoftware solutions
• Willingness and abilityto adapt your leadership behavior to changing conditions
• An understanding of leadership characterizedby trust and confidence in employees at eye level
• Willingness to reflect on one's own actions and learnfrom experience
• An agile mindset and enjoydriving digital topics forward with a strong focus onimplementation
