- Assume technical and disciplinary leadership, promotion andstrategic development of a team

Your profile

- Several years ofpractical experience in the design, development and support ofsoftware solutions

- An understanding of leadership characterizedby trust and confidence in employees at eye level
- Willingness to reflect on one's own actions and learnfrom experience
- An agile mindset and enjoydriving digital topics forward with a strong focus onimplementation
