Mental Health Access Hubs (Urgent care)

Based at the Caludon Centre

Full time or part time hours available

Full time 37.5 hours and consider part time hours.

The working pattern for this role is predominantly 9-5 Monday - Friday but you may on occasions be required to work out of these hours.

The Mental Health Access Hub is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated people to join our teams.


We are a 24 hour, 7 days a week service and we are operational 365 days per year including Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year.

This post requires to cover calls, referrals and administration for the Mental Health Access Hub.


You will be working with the Mental Health Access Hub - which is the Front door services into mental health services in Coventry and Warwickshire.

This service will accept and process all of the referrals sent to Secondary Care Mental health services.


Please note many Trust interviews are taking place through Microsoft Teams, this can be downloaded either through the App Store or Google Play for use on your phone/tablet.

Specifically the role supports the call handling, admin processes and worklists for the Mental Health Access Hub.

You will adhere to procedures and processes within service timescales, whilst operating within a busy and demanding environment.

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.


Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and also a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.
