Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø To be responsible for all with respect to the following:

Operational Activity
Ø Acceptance of Goods Received.

Ø QC produce within the warehouse, plus temperature control intake.

Ø Loading of vehicles with fresh produce (heaviest weight 25 kilos)

Ø Ensure administration is completed in a timely and accurate fashion.

Ø Work with Distribution/Customers and to assist in customer liaison.

Ø Liaise with managers as required.

Ø Picking and assembling of specific customers' orders

Ø Maneuver full pallets per shift weight up to.5 tone

Ø Undertakes the control of house keeping

Ø Record keeping e.g. fridge temp, cleaning manuals

Health and Safety
Ø Ensure compliance with company and legal requirements

Ø Risk Assessment

Ø Maintaining safe working practices

Ø Reporting all risks

Ø Reporting of any accidents

Ø Adhering to health and safety policies

Ø Wearing appropriate safety protection (Be responsible for own safety).

Skills:

Ø Fork Lift License ( not essential)

Personality:

Ø Flexibility in working hours and shifts is important.
