We believe that residents voices and experience must be at the heart of what we do.You will be responsible for leading a team who work across a range of areas from complaints to equalities, governance to emergency planning.

- the skills and experience to manage change and to ensure lessons are learned from complaints, insight, and feedback,

Interviews will take place at County Hall in Lewes. The date will be confirmed after the shortlisting has taken place.
The team works flexibly with a mix of home and office working that is adaptable to people's life circumstances, built around a core commitment of one day per week in the office.
