Role Overview:
As the Personal Tax Senior based in Plymouth, your primary responsibilities will revolve around personal tax compliance and supervising junior staff's work. As you evolve within the firm, you will gradually take on a more significant role in providing comprehensive planning services to a diverse personal tax client base. Building strong client relationships, your focus will be on advising and executing tax recommendations and broader project tasks, collaborating with the management and partner team. This will encompass remuneration planning for company directors and shareholders, consultation on benefits in kind, capital tax planning, property tax initiatives, and inheritance tax assessments. Requirements:
The ideal candidate for the Personal Tax Senior position should hold qualifications such as ATT/ACA/ACCA (partly or fully), or ATT/CTA (partly or studying). You should have cultivated your personal tax expertise within an accountancy practice or specialized tax firm. Your background should include experience in personal tax compliance and/or reviewing tax returns within a firm of any size, or a specialized tax firm. Possessing prior planning and advisory exposure alongside compliance proficiency indicates your readiness to further enhance this aspect of your career journey.
Compensation:
