We have an excellent opportunity for a colleague to join our team at Age UK Canterbury. The role covers the Faversham area, the base is at our centre in Canterbury.


The role substantially will be to provide timely and accurate information and effective support to people living with dementia, their carers and family.

The post-holder will work closely with the Primary Care Network that they are assigned to, working in partnership with GP's, multi-disciplinary team meeting and Memory Assessment Services.
