We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join us as a Community Engagement officer to help build relationships and understanding with Boston's wider community
You will be supported by a friendly, knowledgeable team, working in partnership with Boston Borough Council and Lincolnshire Police to encourage residents access to wider services and diffuse any community tensions in the Borough.
Typical duties are:
- Developing positive relations within all groups of our community.
- Identify community tensions and be a key figure in developing community based solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with young people through regular engagement
- Improve targeted members of the community accessing statutory and other services at earliest opportunity to prevent escalation of issues.

ABOUT US: Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council and South Holland District Council have formed the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership.
