What is the CLIENT SIDE role:nAre you interested in working for one of the UK's well known residential/ hospitality developer and management companies? Pillar Partnership are currently partnered with this client to help them find a Project Manager to join their team and help deliver over £800 million worth of project pipeline across the UK.


They are in need of a well-rounded Project Manager to come in and get stuck in straight away on a healthy pipeline of existing projects.

You will be based in their London office two/ three days a week (plus travelling to sites when needed) working on a mix of projects across the living sector.

You will be actively engaged with clients and involved in senior stakeholder meetings, so you must have experience and be confident in these situations.

You have to be technically sound and confident to be running projects on your own, and comfortable to liaise with the external cost consultants/ contractors /suppliers to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and to budget.


Who are you:
nThe successful candidate will be involved in the whole lifecycle of schemes/ projects.

You'll be from a consultancy environment and wanting to move client side or already in a client-side role and will have "living sector" experience.

You will also be comfortable actively engaging with clients. As a person you will be a motivated, can do attitude person.

You will have the support of senior people but must also be able to work autonomously and get stuck in.

Essentially, they are looking for a safe pair of hands with relevant experience and super motivated.

Ideally you will have the following experience:nConsultancy/ developer background 4/ 5 (ish) years' experience)nExperience delivering living sector projectsnExperience dealing with senior stakeholders/ being comfortable in a client-facing rolenSome client relationships/ contacts in this space would be a big benefitnA motivated individual who is genuinely interested in progressing their careernTechnically sound; planning process, contract negotiation, delivering on sitesnMRICS is not a must have but would be a big benefitnRelevant University degree/ chartershipsnEligible to work in the UK


On offer for this role is a basic salary of up to £70,000 (depending on level of experience) per annum, plus a flexi benefits package (including bonus and car allowance).
