We are presently tasked to help them find a SiteEngineering Manager for their manufacturing facility in Bedfordshire.This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of an establishedEngineering Team and to really drive long term strategy of theEngineering function as well lead on all future projects.

This role will report to the Site Director and you willoversee an established & well invested Engineering team with aMaintenance Manager reporting to you.

This roleforms part of a dynamic leadership team, which is leading the businessthrough an exciting period of growth and expansion. The manufacturingbase of the business has seen some significant growth which willcontinue, therefore having an highly experienced Engineering Manageris critical at this stage to take the site forward and to continue toelevate the skills and standards from an Engineering perspective.

You will be challenged to deliver in a number ofkey areas including:

  • Site Compliance
  • ChangeManagement
  • Team Development

Therefore you must have a demonstrable background in theseareas.

This role will offer the successfulcandidate full autonomy and the opportunity to put their stamp on therole, we need a real leader that can bring a career of skills andexperience into this role so that they can add real value long term.

What's On Offer:

  • Salary up to £75k dependant on experience

The Candidate:

  • Holds a degree within Engineering or has relevantEngineering qualifications
  • Experience manging an Engineeringteam within a Manufacturing environment, ideally food manufacturing.
  • Budgetary Management experience
  • Knowledge of C.I &Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Strategic Planning
  • Ability to work under pressure
