Are you a results-driven, dynamic individual with a passion for sales? We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join an organisation in the distribution industry.

If you have the skills and experience to drive sales growth and lead a team to success, we want to hear from you

Lead and motivate a small sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experienceSkills and Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or a candidate with extensive sales experience looking to take the next step up in their career
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and sales techniques
Full UK driving licence- due to location of the officeWhat they offer:
