What The Job Entails:

  • Our Customer Solutions Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication of project timelines, costs, and requirements.
  • Our Customer Solutions Project Manager will collaborate with Sales to identify prospective orders requiring project management.
  • Our Customer Solutions Project Manager will review customer specification documents and address any challenges proactively.
  • Our Customer Solutions Project Manager will identify additional documentation required (user manual, technical documentation etc.).
  • Our Customer Solutions Project Manager will work closely with the Engineering team to identify suitable solutions to meet the requirements – involving mechanical design, electrical design, software and electronics hardware design.
  • Our Customer Solutions Project Manager will liaise with different departments and teams across the business including certification, manufacturing, quality, finance, marketing, product management, supply chain management, and the service team to ensure the project is completed.
  • Our Customer Solutions Project Manager will manage project change requests as well as risks and issues that arise during the project, escalating them in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Our Customer Solutions Project Manager will manage project budget and maintain financial and on-time delivery reports.
  • Our Customer Solutions Project Manager will facilitate weekly project meetings and maintain project documentation inc. the weekly ADI log (Actions, Decisions, Issues).

Required Experience:

  • Degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in technical project management or project engineering.
  • Experience with project financials like detailed BOM cost analysis, net and gross margins.
  • Experience developing project plans and working with project life cycles from project quotation through to project termination.

Preferred Experience:

  • Project Management certification (e.g., APMP, Prince2, AGILE).
  • Knowledge of Quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Experience in hazardous environment product development (ATEX, IECEx).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
