Job Description

As a Founder's Associate Intern at you will work directly with our founders on a variety of strategic and operational tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, adaptable, and eager to learn about all aspects of running a real estate startup which is growing.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Projects: Assist the founders with high-impact projects that drive the company's growth and efficiency.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for expansion.
  • Business Development: Support the development and execution of business strategies, including partnerships and customer acquisition.
  • Operations Support: Help streamline business operations and implement processes to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist with financial modelling, budgeting, and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the marketing, client and sales team to gather feedback.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the founders, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and organising documents.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (university not required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Working requirements:

You are expected to work in the office from Monday to Friday, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This role requires on-site presence to ensure the smooth operation and working closely with the CEO. While the primary schedule is Monday to Friday, occasional flexibility to work evenings or weekends may be necessary to address urgent issues or support special events.

As part of your role, you will occasionally need to travel to European countries for meetings. This will involve early morning flights and returning late in the evening. Being flexible with your schedule and comfortable with frequent travel is essential for success in this position.
