About the role:

At 11 Cadogan Gardens Hotel, we are looking for a dynamic Commis Chef to join our Kitchen Brigade. As the sole Relais and Chateaux property in London, we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable dining experiences for our Guests, ensuring they keep coming back for more.

Our Chefs work collaboratively to exceed guests' expectations from breakfast to dinner. Your role in our Hans' Bar And Grill kitchen is crucial, where you'll be part of a team that strives for culinary excellence in every dish.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Delivering high standards in breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, and private dining
  • Assisting in food preparation and service under the guidance of senior chefs
  • Ensuring the highest quality in all culinary offerings
  • Adhering to Health and Safety and Food Safety Policies
  • Contributing to kitchen maintenance and cleanliness
  • Actively participating in training and development opportunities
