Protaform is a manufacturer of springs and Pressings based in Redditch. We are currently recruiting Hand Press Operators for assembly of product and operating production equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with machinery (hand presses, power presses, drillers, milling machines, rotary machines, lathes machines)
  • Spot welding
  • Lifting parts

EXPERIENCE

  • Worked in a factory environment previously

SKILLS / ABILITIES

  • Able to understand simple work instructions. Must understand information on works orders, and also understand QA documents.

PERSONAL QUALITIES

  • Required to work as part of a team. Work with other operators and supervisors. Carry out simple, reasonable requests which will be given by Supervisors/Management.

HOURS OF WORK

  • 7.30am 4.30pm Monday-Thursday and 7.30am pm Friday

Salary:
£10.58 per hour
