Competitive Salary


The Junior Trading Mentor's function is to provide continual help and advice with the use of more senior team members on all LAT courses, both online and on campus.

Most student interaction is one-on-one but may also involve small groups. Junior Trading Mentors are also required to help the Lecturers deliver academic and practical tuition to students.

Detailed knowledge of the LAT course content is required, plus a good understanding of technical & fundamental trading techniques, trading psychology and risk management.


Requirements:

Additionally, the role holder must be patient, empathetic, and a good listener. You must build trust and maintain confidentiality while working with your mentees.

Lastly, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and encourage your mentees to achieve their goals.
