You'll have the chance to play an active role and contribute to the success of the function, and with this you'll gain industry knowledge and experience whilst developing relationships.

What are we looking for?
Our Investment Operations team sits within Invesco Real Estate. They have a strong focus on execution of asset and fund level investment strategies.

This diverse and dynamic team of real estate specialists working across Europe are seeking a Trainee Associate, Investment Operations to join their team to help provide first class support.


You will be involved in:

  • Supporting the sourcing, appointment and cancellation of thirdparty Service Providers; manage, assess and improve the services provided.
  • Learning Argus modelling, to ensure set up of key info in systems to provide set of standards reports
  • Supporting insurance renewal, coordinate claims management and monitor recovery, capex disclosure
  • Supporting investment closings, financing, restructurings and exit activities
  • Managing internal approval processes (PIC,FIC, Lease, CAPEX etc)
  • Acting as a central contact function for the rest of the fund management team

What do we need from you?

  • An interest in the investment management industry, namely Real Estate investment management would be beneficial, but is not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • To be a team player with excellent communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Open minded and enthusiastic
  • A proactive attitude to learning
  • The assessment process will include:
  • CV Review
  • Video Interview (containing both video and written questions)
  • Final Interview
  • Start date of the programme: September 2023
  • Salary: £26,500 per annum
