Pensions Implementation Analyst - Configuration Team Pensions Implementation Analyst - Configuration Team

Capita's Configuration team are seeking a Pensions Implementation Analyst to join our dynamic home-based team. As a key player in our Implementation Department, you'll be responsible for implementing top-tier pension administration solutions for both new and existing clients.

Job Description

As a Implementation Analyst you will configure pension administration systems, ensuring they align with client-specific rules and regulations .

What you'll be doing:

  • Analysing calculation requirements.
  • Undertaking system configuration, data analysis, and testing.
  • Uploading and downloading system data.
  • Collating and combining scheme and data information from various sources.
  • Supporting the production of requirement documentation.
  • Participating in client meetings and project status calls.
  • Liaising with clients, third parties and Capita departments.

What we're looking for:

  • MS Excel - advanced level of skills
  • Experience within pensions, with good knowledge of Defined Benefit Pension Schemes and the ability to interpret scheme rules.
  • Ability to perform manual calculations.
  • Experience with pensions administration software.
  • Experience of handling sensitive client data/data Management
  • Project Management/Experience of working in a project environment
  • Analytical approach to problem resolution and a good team player
  • Effective and persuasive in both written and oral communications.
