As the Vice President, Product Marketing , reporting directly to the CMO, you'll be responsible for improving and scaling the global go-to-market strategy and execution.

You will develop the strategic product marketing plan and lead the positioning efforts for our global product line.

You will work closely with our go-to-market teams including field, enablement, corporate marketing, revenue marketing, product and engineering teams to launch successful products and capabilities to market.

Driving us to achieve our mission to be the #1 choice fast and intelligent data solutions to underpin real-time and AI applications for our customers.

You'll work closely with all members of the Hazelcast leadership team, customers and partners to help further drive our market position, including effective communication of vision, strategy, product direction, customer marketing, and competitive positioning.

Provide strong leadership through thoughtful talent recognition, coaching, development, and performance management of the PMM team.
You'll influence and partner with these functions to drive alignment on company-level goals, projects, and activities.

Be a voice of the customer and a voice of the market, build relationships with customers and lead the development of customer marketing content.

Plan and execute integrated marketing programs that span product launches through customer retention and expansion.

You have 10+ years working in product marketing for highly technical products preferably data processing technology, application infrastructure ideally high-performance/ low-latency technology or stream-based technologies.

Experience in marketing products to developers is a major plus.
Strong product marketing leadership experience. Deep demonstrable knowledge of the Financial Services industry.

You've worked with customers in banking and financial services and described their use cases, translating technical capabilities into business value.

Experience working closely with product/engineering and field teams.

Experience working with field teams on enablement assets, training, and gathering insights from the field to apply to product marketing initiatives.

Any background in coding, in any language, even if as a hobby.
Experience marketing OSS products with the goal of converting users to commercial products
Experience driving customer marketing programs.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (engineering, computer science)
Master's degree or MBA is a plus
Data-oriented.

You like working with data and insights and pair that with your passion for customers to inform your points of view on how to take our product to market.
