We are hiring a Multi Skilled Plumbing Engineer

We are in search of a fully qualified Plumbing Engineer for a dynamic role that involves working across multiple sites in Barking, Reading, Cambridge, and surrounding areas. The job offers a diverse range of tasks on a day-to-day basis.

The ideal candidate will need to visit sites as per the central help desk's instructions to handle Plumbing tasks and reactive repairs on properties. The work can range from basic property repairs to assisting fellow Technicians with more intricate fit-outs or complex projects.

In addition to the regular tasks, the candidate will also be part of a callout rota for attending sites in case of emergency reactive works.

Responsibilities include:

• Reactive maintenance of plumbing systems (Plumbing qualifications Level 2 are essential)
• Basic Electrical skills
• Basic Carpentry knowledge

The candidate will be on call on a rota basis, being the first point of contact for emergency works. The role comes with a Company Vehicle, Fuel card, Mobile phone, and 25 days holiday per annum plus Bank holidays.
