Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, matcha & other noncoffee drinks.
  • Assist customers in choosing beverages based on their preferences.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate coffeemaking equipment such as milk steamer, oven, etc.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the coffee preparation area and equipment.
  • Handle card transactions with accuracy.
  • Uphold food safety standards at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Being competent to work alone or as a team.
  • Understanding of food safety practices.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently, especially during peak hours.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
