The School is seeking to appoint, as soon as possible, a Sixth Form Private Study Supervisor and Administrator with personal qualities and skills of the highest order to help manage our large Sixth Form Centre.

The successful candidate will:

· Manage the day-to-day monitoring and support of Sixth Form students

· Supervise the Sixth Form study facilities to ensure the best possible learning environment for students

· Be a positive role model

· Ensure that facilities for independent study are efficiently and effectively used

Excellent communication, organisational and ICT skills are paramount to ensure the School delivers quality customer service to students, parents/carers and visitors to the School.

Heston Community School is a successful, vibrant, happy and oversubscribed school where 'pupils have high aspirations and want to succeed in education. Leaders have established the right school climate for them to do so. Pupils achieve very well in a wide range of subjects in the main school and sixth form' [OFSTED December 2022].
