ABOUT MINI LINGOS:


Our vibrant and rapidly growing brand, specialises in delivering fun and engaging musical Spanish classes to young children within nursery settings.

Now in our 10th year, we are excited about the transition from a local business to a national franchise and are now looking to welcome on board an experienced, dedicated and friendly Operations and Marketing individual to join us on our journey, helping to contribute to the future growth of our brand.


We would love it if you love languages and maybe even speak Spanish too, but it is certainly not essential.

You will act as an ambassador for Mini Lingos giving excellent customer service to all our nursery clients and all other stakeholders and you will support our team of teachers wherever needed.

The role combines day to day operations liaising with our teachers and nursery clients as well as getting stuck in with both online and oine marketing.


The successful applicant requires strong organisational skills, excellent customer service and a friendly, approachable and professional approach and attitude towards everyone who comes into contact with Mini Lingos.


The successful applicant should also possess a friendly, polite and upbeat manner on the telephone, fully understanding the importance of delivering an excellent level of service to both internal and external customers.


MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - OPERATIONS:
Working alongside Founder Jo initially, in all day to day teacher operations

Tasks include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact with all teachers ensuring day to day class delivery runs smoothly
  • Regular 1:1 check ins with teachers, ensuring all ok, addressing any issues that may arise and confirming termly schedules for the delivery of sessions
  • Manage teacher supplies of stock (props) and class resources/equipment
  • Acting as the main point of contact for nursery clients, making sure any issues are dealt with promptly and ensuring all nurseries are aware of term dates etc
  • Preparing monthly invoicing (experience with accounting software eg Xero or QuickBooks would be ideal but not essential)
  • Keeping records of teacher stock replenishments, any equipment issues, sickness, holidays, term dates etc
  • Designing/Preparing and sending termly newsletter updates to nurseries
  • Distribution and evaluation of end of term feedback questionnaires from nursery clients, parents and inhouse teachers
  • Other ad hoc operations and admin tasks as required

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - MARKETING:

Planning, implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns to acquire new franchisees, so a passion for and experience within marketing is a must.

Working alongside Jo, you will develop and implement an effective online and online marketing plan for marketing the Mini Lingos franchise opportunity to ideal clients

  • Assess the effectiveness of advertising the franchise through different companies/within online magazines etc and manage the marketing budget effectively
  • Manage online review platforms eg "Trustist"and "Google Reviews"
  • Manage the social media content calendar by creating a monthly social media content plan, generating ideas and writing copy for posting across digital platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook. Copywriting experience desirable
  • Coordinate advertising campaigns through facebook ads and monitor their performance. Experience managing online ads desirable
  • Create lead magnets and funnels. Experience using "MailerLite" is desirable
  • Develop newsletters to keep warm prospective customers
  • Keep "Google My Business" up to date with collation of reviews and an updated image gallery to enhance SEO visibility
  • Seek PR and press opportunities for the new franchise opportunity
  • Assist in the creation of SEO focussed addedvalue blogs
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of all marketing efforts using relevant tools, preparing reports of their impact
  • Sourcing of promotional materials for conferences and events
  • Other ad hoc marketing tasks as required
