Seeking an experienced self employed cleaner, must have a DBS check or willing to get one.

The role covers light commercial and domestic cleaning.

The light commercial cleaning is for an office area, 2 hours per fortnight on a Thursday (any time between the hours of 9am-2pm).

The domestic cleaning covers 2 properties, one property requires a 3 hour clean every 3 weeks and the other property requires a 2 hour clean every fortnight (day and start times negotiable).


Office Cleaning Duties:

  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and break areas
  • Empty recycle and rubbish bins and replace liners
  • Clean mirrors, and other glass surfaces
  • Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

Domestic Cleaning Duties:

  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen and bathrooms
  • Empty waste bins
  • Empty vacuum cleaner as and when needed Clean mirrors and other glass surfaces.

Skills:

  • Attention to detail: Ability to notice and address small details in cleaning tasks
  • Time management: Efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
  • Physical stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods of time
  • Communication: Effective verbal communication skills to interact with clients, team members and supervisors
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules Note: This job description is a general overview of the duties and skills required for the Cleaner position. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
