As a Social Media Content Creator, your primary focus will be on producing captivating content across various platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and Instagram.

You will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing videos that showcase our latest products, interact with viewers through live comments, and provide an inside look into our warehouse fulfilment operations.

Your creativity and ability to connect with our online community will be instrumental in boosting our brand presence and attracting new customers.


In addition to your social media responsibilities, you will also assist with warehouse fulfilment tasks, including order packing and general duties.

Attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential to ensure accurate and timely order processing. Furthermore, you will handle incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service over the phone.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in creating compelling content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Comfort and confidence in appearing in front of the camera for TikTok live sessions, engaging with viewers, and showcasing our products.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers both online, in person, and over the phone.
  • Excellent organizational skills for order packing, warehouse fulfilment, and call handling tasks.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for capturing attention and driving engagement.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fastpaced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • A passion for staying uptodate with the latest social media trends and emerging platforms.
