  • Oversee the daytoday running of the purchase ledger
  • Manage supplier relationships and handle queries
  • Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
  • Assist with monthend financial reports
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures
  • Support the wider Accounting & Finance team as necessary

The Successful Applicant:

A successful Senior Purchase Ledger Officer should have:

  • A strong background in Purchase Ledger
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with a drive to improve processes and create efficiency's
  • Good understanding of financial regulations and procedures
  • Proficiency in relevant finance software
