- Oversee the daytoday running of the purchase ledger
- Manage supplier relationships and handle queries
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
- Assist with monthend financial reports
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures
- Support the wider Accounting & Finance team as necessary
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Senior Purchase Ledger Officer should have:
- A strong background in Purchase Ledger
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- A proactive approach to problemsolving
- Selfmotivated and proactive with a drive to improve processes and create efficiency's
- Good understanding of financial regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in relevant finance software
