Our agile teams come together as global solution providers using the latest tools and innovative techniques.nAs a Product Business Analyst, your role entails collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to shape and refine product development strategies.
A consultative mindset and persuasive abilities are essential for driving impactful product enhancements tailored to meet our client's needs.nYour key responsibilities as a Product Business Analyst will include the following:
nRunning product development initiatives from ideation to final deliverynFostering effective collaboration with other product teams, while serving as a vital member of Agile Scrum TeamsnPartnering closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to grasp proposition roadmaps and deliverables comprehensivelynCollecting requirements, crafting user stories, and establishing clear acceptance criterianProviding valuable support to the development and QA teams, facilitating smooth project executionnReviewing test cases meticulously to uphold quality standardsnGenerating detailed progress reports for Product ManagersnDemonstrating adeptness in influencing product teams and spearheading change initiatives as needed, championing both requirement enhancements and internal process optimizationsnOffering reliable backup support for client issues and escalations as required
Requirements
To join us as a Product Business Analyst, you will need the following skills and experience:nYou have excellent communication skills across various facets of the role (including projects, support, and team collaboration)nYou have previous experience working in Scrum/Agile environmentsnYou have strong organizational abilities and can effectively manage workloads and handle multiple projects simultaneouslynYou demonstrated the capability to influence broader business decisionsnYou are up-to-date with current technologies and industry advancementsnYou are a collaborative team player with an independent and structured approach to tasksnYou adhere to a structured work methodology with a focus on high-quality standardsnKnowledge of the fund industry and familiarity with ESG principles are highly advantageous
