As the Numeracy Campaign Manager, your mission will be to create and implement engaging campaigns that highlight the advantages of improving number confidence.

From fine-tuning campaign strategies to fostering partnerships with external bodies and individuals, such as ambassadors, and producing captivating content, this role is crucial within the organization. You'll be in charge of shaping how the organization is perceived by the public and its partners.

Take the lead in organizing and executing a variety of activities throughout the year, including events, content creation, involving celebrities, case studies, media, and marketing for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Events & Celebrity Liaison Manager to ensure current celebrity ambassadors are actively engaged with campaigns and to establish new relationships with influencers.
  • Assist the Head of Communications in overseeing the team's efforts to run campaigns effectively all year round.
  • Work alongside the Digital Engagement Manager to craft outstanding digital marketing, web, email marketing, user experience, and content strategies specifically for the campaign.
  • Continuously enhance the impact of the organization's campaigns by focusing on measuring, evaluating, and learning for evidence-based advancement. Collaborate with the Data Team to make sure campaigns achieve quantifiable results.
Must have prior experience in handling intricate projects, meeting deadlines, and managing workloads.
  • Capability to cooperate effectively with senior stakeholders and celebrities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle diverse tasks while being extremely organized and adaptable in your approach.
