Are you a Social Worker looking to advance closer to your career goals? A CP team in the West Yorkshire area is looking for a capable social worker to fill a Practice Supervisor vacancy within their team.
This role will consist of a reduced caseload making it easier to focus on your tasks in this role, allowing you more ability to streamline your efficiency.
You will work to support both the team managers and the Social workers, greatly increasing the overall of efficiency the Service and its users.
Your duty will have you handling a reduced caseload as well supporting the Newly qualified workers as well as any current ASYE.
They are offering, thanks to Leaders in Care, an exclusive rate which is a competitive market rate at £42/h.
You will rest easier knowing your caseload is reduced and receiving one of the highest rates in the area for a role of this title.
You will be supported during your time there and questions or queries can be directed to the long-standing team there at the council.
