Our highly respected client is a software firm working in the insurance industry, seeking an IT Business Analyst to Join their growing team. The company is currently in the process of scaling up its team, with significant funding from its parent company in the United States.

The firm has been in operation in Belfast for over a year, and their parent company was founded over 25 years ago. The business analyst will support business operations and provide insight into how the organisation's structures and functions should be improved from the back end to the front.

In general, the ideal applicant will have at least three years' experience in a similar position, a solid knowledge of the entire SDLC, and experience working in an Agile technical environment.

Essential Criteria:

  • Guidewire experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Business Analyst in a Software Firm/Data house
  • Full Experience of the SDLC
  • Experience in Data Analysis
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment
  • Experience in JIRA/Power BI/ SQL/ Microsoft 365
  • Work experience managing stakeholders or in a client-facing position
