Drainage Operative

Due to continued workload and growth. We are looking to recruit a full time Drainage Engineer.

The Drainage Engineer should have experience clearing drains and blockages along with providing first class customer service. It is also expected that the Drainage Engineer will be competent using High Pressure Jetting equipment.

Job Type / Category

Responsibilities include:

  • Carry out a range of services including cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customer's drains
  • Undertake CCTV Drain Survey's
  • Patch Lining
  • Liaise directly with customers and site contacts
  • Record and feedback works undertaken, issues and any further works required
  • Reporting near misses and accidents as soon as possible
  • Report vehicle and plant defects to supervisor/management

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Position Requirements

  • Prior experience of working in a similar environment
  • Current full driving license
  • Enthusiastic, driven and customer facing
  • Able to work on own and as part of a team
  • Excellent time keeping and organisational skill
