Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure the fiscal well-being of an organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial management background, exceptional leadership abilities, and the capacity to steer financial strategy in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop and oversee financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for insights and recommendations.
    • Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and their causes.
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Cash Flow Management:
    • Supervise cash flow planning and ensure fund availability.
    • Manage financial liquidity and optimize working capital.
  • Accounting Operations:
    • Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
    • Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for team members.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Work with senior management on company's strategic plans.
    • Provide financial insights on business decisions and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 5-7 years in finance or accounting, minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
