Are you a highly organised HR professional, skilled at supporting a HR team with the administration and coordination of the full employee lifecycle? Would working at HR Coordinator level give you the new challenge you want? You will be an integral part of a growing business, supporting the site and HR team with operational HR.
You will support with all HR administration and coordinate HR activities, ensuring the HR team are able to proactively support their workforce and line managers.
This will ensure that standards are maintained, HR projects are progressing and key stakeholders are actively partnered with by the HR team to ensure continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:Providing administrative support to the wider HR Team and business
Supporting with ongoing projects including training and development and engagement etc.
Responding to HR queries via email, telephone and in person
Supporting the team with Employee Relations
Assist with onboarding and recruitment
Key requirements of the HR Coordinator:
Experience working in a HR Coordinator/Assistant/Admin capacity
Experience of working within an industrial sector (engineering/manufacturing) would be preferable but is not essential.
Good working knowledge of HR systems
Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly, approachable and flexible – a team player.
