We are seeking a highly motivated individual to plan and implement all EU Research Analyst marketing in Europe & execute some corporate access events for EU companies.

The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Marketing Responsibilities_
  • Strategically develop the EU analyst marketing calendar with a 3-6 month planning horizon. Develop multi-day marketing schedules to include client meetings, lunches, dinners and other specialized client events
  • Execution to include all logistics such as creating marketing itineraries, travel arrangements, venue sourcing, production and delivery of marketing materials
  • Coordinate all analyst-hosted marketing conference calls in Europe including industry specialist calls
  • Work directly with the regional EU teams (Milan, Frankfurt, Stockholm, etc.) to prioritize analysts for their respective markets & determine optimal schedules with Sales Management while keeping a diligent eye on travel costs
  • Independently allocate internal research resources based on an in-depth knowledge of the Institutional client base
  • Initiate and build relationships with various vendors to assess suitability of venues for various client events; Negotiate and execute vendor contracts
  • Execute corporate events (roadshows, webinars, small thematic events) in a virtual and in-person format
  • Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of one to two years of professional experience, ideally within the financial services, event planning, or marketing industry
