Are you an experienced or aspiring Administrator looking for a new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our growing Rental Services team based in our Huddersfield head office as an Administrations Handler

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing hire requirements for customer with our supplier.
  • Initiating the hire service on the system.
  • Managing daily reporting.
  • Identifying exception claims utilising the internal reporting and supplier reporting.
  • Updating data on the system.

About You:

  • You'll be selfmotivated, organised and have a good eye for detail.
  • You're a team player and strive to ensure the achievement of personal goals as well as providing support to colleagues.
  • This role involves a significant amount of telephone and PC work, so you'll need to be a confident user of both as well as the main Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Previous experience of working in a similar environment is not essential but you'll be willing to learn and keen to perform well.
