The role of the Nursery Practitioner is to work as part of a team to ensure the daily needs of children between the ages of 6 months and five years are met within the nursery setting and that they provide a welcoming and stimulating environment in which children can develop and thrive.
The Nursery Practitioner performs an important role in directly caring for and developing the children's learning, maintaining a high-quality, stimulating learning environment, building and maintaining relationships with parents and other carers.
This role would suit someone who is self motivated, flexible and passionate about children's development and is committed to creating a stimulating indoor and outdoor environment that meets the needs of all children.
They will have already had experience of working within a nursery or similar setting and have a good understanding of early years practice from 0 to 5 years.
You will need to hold a full and relevant qualification in Early Years at Level 3 or above, understand and ensure the requirements of the EYFS and Ofsted are met and have experience working in a nursery setting.
