Established in 1991 and fully accredited, this experienced company primarily focuses on surveying, evaluating, installing, training, and recertifying work at height equipment solutions across the UK. They are known for providing a comprehensive range of fall protection solutions and services from a single source.

Due to an exciting phase of growth and modernization, they are looking for a skilled Sales Engineer / Field Sales Manager to play a crucial role in their team.

Working closely with the team and General Manager, the Sales Engineer / Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth in fall protection sales, expanding connections, nurturing relationships, and maximizing profits. Your tasks will involve strategically targeting industrial sectors, generating sales, following up on leads & quotes, and prospecting new business opportunities.

To qualify, you should have a background as a Sales Engineer / Field Sales Manager / Solutions Sales Manager / Client Solutions Engineer / Sales Account Manager / Business Development Manager or similar, showcasing:

  • Experience in a solutions-based sales role.
  • Strong ability to interpret information and drawings, preferably from the construction sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A practical and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Exposure to the construction industry is advantageous.
  • Must hold a full driver's license and be willing to travel.

In return, the Sales Engineer / Field Sales Manager can look forward to a car allowance with paid business mileage, 25 days of holiday (plus bank holidays and 3 days allocated for Christmas shutdown), paid sick leave as per policy, company pension scheme, life insurance scheme, charity scheme, cycle to work scheme in accordance with policy, and more.

SALARY:
£30-43k + Bonus (OTE £55K) & Car Allowance
