Skill/Experience Requirements:
2+ years of Google Ads/Social media ads experience requirednExperience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads requirednStrong copywriting skillsnProven ability to generate ROI from ad spendnStrong understanding of all Google Ads and Meta ad platformsnStrong communication skillsnAbility to plan and implement ad strategiesnEvidence of working with ad budgets and generating resultsnAgency experience preferrednConversion tracking experience preferrednTiktok/Spotify/Reddit ad experience preferred
Responsibilities will include:
Managing client ad accounts on a regular basisnCreate and implement effective online ad strategiesnA crucial involvement in keyword research, targeting choices and production of unique and engaging adsnWorking directly with the our creative team to build compelling social media adsnHelping to create UGC content for consumer focused brandsnKeeping up-to-date with the latest PPC / SEM trendsnBuilding regular performance reportsnConversion rate optimisationnAttending client meetings and being a key point of contactnCreating innovative ways to communicate client messagesnResearching latest trends and marketing technologynCreate ads reports that demonstrate marketing goals, growth and ROI

Person Requirements:
We're looking for someone who's organised, can work within time constraints and someone who's able to both work with others and on their own.
We need someone with a good eye for detail, with strong initiative, who's able to self critique and produce high quality work.
We're ideally looking for someone who can take the role, add their own stamp on it and become a senior member of the team.
Also, a car will be required for transport to and from our Melton office and client meetings.Further Information:
Hours of Work: 9AM-5PM, 5 days a weeknSuperfly Marketing are based in Melton
