Teaching:
To take overall responsibility for a class of children as designated by the HeadteacherTo plan stimulating, challenging and enjoyable activities which provide children with unforgettable learning opportunities
To teach pupils according to their educational needs
To assess, record and report on the development, progress and attainment of pupils Other duties: Promoting the general progress and well-being of individual pupils and of any other class or group of pupils assigned

To organise and manage resources which relate to that subject
To keep the policy for that subject up to date
To monitor and evaluate the delivery of the subject across the school
