What we're looking for:

  • Do you have experience in carrying out stock condition surveys to occupied and void properties and communal areas?
  • Do you have a good understanding of risk factors, including Health and Safety associated with Stock Condition Survey related work?
  • Do you have significant stock surveying experience or any relevant professional qualification?
  • Do you have working knowledge of residential construction, both refurbishment and new build?
  • Do you have good IT skills, including experience of Microsoft Office and ability to manage the stock condition data base and provide reports?

If so, this role is perfect for you Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Stock Condition Surveyor on a fixed term basis at our Ealing Gateway office.


A bit about the role:

As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will:

  • Develop effective working relationships with Peabody colleagues and external agencies.
  • Support the delivery of the planned, cyclical and maintenance programmes and services and Asset Management Strategy.
  • Play a key role in developing customer expectations and other key stakeholders involvement in a programme of projects.
  • Understand, analyse and act upon all aspects of customer feedback and Peabody's performance relating to your programme delivery through the use of available management information reporting tool.
  • Liaise with external organisations as appropriate.
  • Be responsible for health & safety issues within the responsibility of the post.
A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Ealing Gateway office is required.
