They are looking for an experienced Voids Supervisor to join their team on a temporary basis Location:

Greater LondonRole Purpose:
DLO and contractor management.

Must have experience in manager a large void service, managing trade teams and directing subcontractors delivering day to day and large-scale works.


Key results:

  • Good general communication and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to providing great customer serviceSuccess metrics:
  • Ensure all work is carried out within the allocated time frame to a high standard and quality and communicate progress to colleagues
  • Comply & adhere to all Health and Safety policies including PPE, COSHH, and RAMS
  • Conduct yourself appropriately, ensure the corporate code of conduct & brand guidelines are adhered to (i.e. punctuality, clean vehicle, uniforms and site appearance)
  • To comply with company policies, procedures and standards About you:You will be:
  • Able to work on your own initiative either as a team or on your own
  • Take ownership of issues/problems and sees them through to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Respectful to customers, neighbours, homes and personal items You will have:
  • An awareness in manual handling, ladder safety, working at height, first aid, and health & safety
  • Experience of working within Void Properties
  • A full clean driving license
  • SSSTS Certifcation

Working Week:
Monday to Friday8am till 5pm 42.5 hours per week
