Job description
We are in need of a Supervisor passionate about providing good customer service. Although we are a small business, we are a busy store and it is a fast-paced environment.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do which is why we are looking for friendly staff who can join our team who will seek to go above and beyond to provide our customers with outstanding service.

We are looking for a full time supervisor for around 30-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding service to all of our customers which includes serving customers on the till.
  • Be a good team player, working with the team to ensure stock is rotated and that the shop is kept clean, tidy and well presented.
  • Take a positive, hard working approach to work with some flexibility with regards to shift patterns/hours.
  • The handling of heavy lifting and stock
  • The ability to lead a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£7.40-£11.95 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability
