As the Senior Manager, Head of Procurement UK, you will play a key role in advancing GSK's mission to merge science, technology, and talent to tackle diseases proactively as a united force. Your primary responsibilities will include partnering with Indirect spend owners from all GSK business units and establishing strategic partnerships with our suppliers.
The Senior Manager will be an integral part of the Europe Procurement regional team, focusing mainly on the UK market within the Pharmaceuticals and Vaccines sectors (Indirect Spend). Depending on business needs, the Senior Manager may also support essential projects across Europe.

Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring alignment with the creation of global sourcing strategies in collaboration with regional and global category teams
- Leading cross-business unit projects to deliver patient-centric solutions
- Identifying and delivering business benefits aligned with supply assurance, quality, service, cost, and innovation
- Driving operational efficiencies through contract compliance and managing Tail spend
- Developing effective budgets in line with key stakeholders and Finance
